You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please remember to include your proof of purchase in the package. The 30-day return period is determined by the date the email with your withdrawal statement was sent or the date the return package was shipped. Returned items must be complete and bear no signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to refuse the return.

Refunds are processed no later than 7 days after we receive your package. The refund method will match the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be issued via the same channel. In the case of a partial return, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If a paid order is not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we are happy to help resolve the issue. Please see our warranty claim procedure below:

  2. Describe the issue in detail and attach all relevant information and documents, such as your order number, receipt, or invoice.

  3. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding the claim process.

  4. If your claim is approved, we will aim to resolve the issue in the most beneficial way for you. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another form of compensation.
